We do not offer any returns or refunds at this time. We deal with every return enquiry on a case-by-case basis. All of our items are packaged with extra care and attention to ensure that all items arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to mail carrier handling please notify us right away. The sooner we hear from you, the more chance we have in rectifying any shipping damage. Please provide us with photo evidence of damage and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
